What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
If you have a shipping agent in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (EXW factory price). If you require us to arrange shipment, the total volume should exceed 10 CBM.
Can you provide customized designs?
Yes, OEM & ODM services are available. You can provide your design drawings for customization.
What should I do if the item is damaged during transportation?
